It comes fully furnished and has all necessary appliances, which are brand new or slightly used. One bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second has a bunk bed (which can be switched out with a futon to make it more of an office room. Minor modifications are allowed upon request and approval of landlord.
Pets are allowed upon approval with a maximum of two. There is a $150 non-refundable pet-deposit for the first pet and an additional $25 for second pet. Rent will increase by $25/month for one pet, and to $40/month for two pets. Tenant is still responsible picking up after their pet.
A non-refundable $35 application process is required. $1550 first month rent, a $1550 security deposit and proof of rent-insurance are due before the move-in date. The amount due may seem steep, however, with the unit being fully furnished you have no worries about purchasing furniture nor appliances!
